Our office in Llandudno remains closed and all services will continue remotely.
We are accepting referrals into our counselling service. Enquiries to be made via support@infinity-initiatives.org or if an immediate response is required 07943 079846
We are operating some services face to face where we can safely do so, please keep an eye on our website and social media platforms for up to date information and booking links.
We will only host activities and services where we feel face to face interaction is imperative to support you. We understand that coming to drop in and to the cafe was very important to many of you and we will do our best to resume normal service as soon as we can but for now we are thankful you understand why we need to limit some services.
We ask that you do not visit us if you are displaying any of the symptoms, if someone you live with has symptoms or if you have been asked to isolate. The NHS list the main symptoms as a high temperature, a new continuous cough, a loss or change to sense of smell or taste. There is a great self assessment kit available via 111.nhs.uk
In order to best protect all our team and visitors we ask you also stay at home if you are displaying signs of other viruses as we need to all keep as strong and well as possible.
Upon arrival you will be asked to:
If we need to contact you regarding track and trace we will as soon as possible and respectfully ask you do the same if you are informed you need to isolate and have recently been in our company.
Our cafe has been closed almost 12 months now and we are really feeling the strain. Any support you can offer will mean so much to us and will help us to reopen as soon as we safely can.
