At Infinity we will only record, store and share the information we need to best support you and we will always discuss our reasons for doing so with you beforehand. Any information we keep will not be used unfairly, unlawfully or excessively.

Any information you choose to share with us will be kept in the strictest confidence and we will not share this without your permission unless we believe there is risk of harm to yourself or another person. If we are offering advocacy you will be asked to sign an authority to advocate form so we can share the necessary information with other agencies.

We may keep information on team members, clients and supporters who visit us in person or via our online platforms. Information shared online is collected by cookies - there is further information on this within the cookie section of this policy.
